Gordon Leads Team USA To Victory Over Croatia

Former Indiana All-American Eric Gordon had a team-high 16 points and Kevin Durant scored 14 points and got the United States started in a dominant second-quarter stretch in a 106-78 victory over Croatia on Saturday in its opening game at the 2010 FIBA world championship.

Hoosiers Announce 2010-11 Men's Basketball Schedule

The Indiana University men's basketball program will participate in the 2010 IBN Las Vegas Classic (December 22-23) and will play 20 times in historic Assembly Hall during the 2010-11 season. In addition, the Hoosiers will play two home games to open Big Ten play in between Christmas and New Years with the Hoosiers hosting Penn State (December 27) and Ohio State (December 31). Twenty-eight of the Hoosiers games will be on television with three others available on-line.

Indianapolis To Host Crossroads Classic In 2011 And 2012

The Crossroads Classic, a product of the coming together of the four most-storied college basketball programs in the state of Indiana, was finalized today (Aug. 16) at Conseco Fieldhouse. Barry Collier of Butler, Fred Glass of Indiana, Jack Swarbrick of Notre Dame and Purdue's Morgan Burke each signed the Memorandum of Understanding, which provides for the event to be held in the state capital in both 2011 and 2012.
